Mavic 2 Pro Tablet Mount.
This version of my tablet mount is for anyone who wants to use a 10” tablet to control their drone.
It was designed around the Lenovo 10” TB328FU tablet which measures 240 mm x 160 mm x 8.8 mm, but should be OK with other 10” tablets provided the button positions are not compromised.
It uses the same sprung claws and base as the 8” model and still balances quite well with a neck strap.
As before, it has a pocket to accept a power pack.
I used an X-Dragon 500,000Mah battery pack , model XD-SC-012-E purchased from ebay.
If a different 10" Tablet is used, you will need to ensure that the mounting claws do not interfere with the buttons.
The tablet mounts very quickly and is securely held in place.
The assembly mounts on the controller in the same way as a phone and when used with a neck strap also balances quite nicely.
A neck strap can be held by two eyelets which are screwed into the holes in the side lugs.
With suitable leads, the power pack can be used to power the controller giving it far greater capacity.
