Re: Beach to Bay Relay Marathon in Corpus Christi, for the last couple years the ceramic tile award plaques have been circular so I had to change up my game for the shape change.
The hanger is printed in parts....the base and the clips...so that strengths are maximized for the printing process. Use superglue and a few second squeeze with channel pliers to set the clips in place.
No supports are necessary and I am able to print without a brim but, of course, this is highly dependent on your machine settings and capability.
