This is a cycloidal gearbox that I designed with the help of a SolidWorks Article cited here: https://blog-assets.solidworks.com/uploads/2025/12/building-a-cycloidal-drive-with-solidworks.pdf . This gearbox does not require any extra hardware, as you can print everything that is included in the file. It is recommended to use 4.5mm or 0.177" steel balls for the bearing spheres, as printed spheres will not work as well. You can find these balls at Walmart for about a dollar n fifty for 200 of them. They are labeled under steel bbs. I have included a SolidWorks Assembly file to aid in the construction of all the pieces. The bearings are integrated into the print, and it may be hard to push the bearings into the crown. I found out that it helps if you connect the bottom of the eccentric shaft to the rotor housing first, and then work your way up. Have fun!! Let me know if you need any help.
