I modified the original spinner base to fit motors with a hex prop shaft and the spinner cone to have a rounded tip rather than a sharp point. I mount the cone to the base with M3 machine screws. Prior to putting the cone on I screw the M3 screws into the base holes to tap them, then install the prop and cone. I have also used coarse thread screws as well but I prefer the M3 machine screws with Allen key head. The model I made this for is an older FMS 1100 mm P-51 "Strega" that uses a 3648-KV770 motor and have also confirmed fitment on a Predator 3136-KV1200 motor (shown in photos) The diameter is slightly small compared to the original spinner on the FMS P51 but works and looks fine (see photo)

Rotation is counter-clockwise when viewed from the front of the aircraft and are "normal/tractor" type. I'm sure there are many others that will work fine as well.
