A custom “Hellcraft” horned H emblem designed as a 3D-printable badge for a boat, toolbox, garage, trailer, cooler, or other custom project.
I designed it as a custom parody-style boat emblem for my Wellcraft Scarab, but it can also work as a general boating, hot rod, or racing badge.
As it sits in the SLT file this is 55x75x3mm (2.16" x 2.95" x .12").
Printed on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 with the following settings:
No supports.
0.20mm Strength profile in Elegoo Slicer on a 0.4 nozzle.
Generic PLA settings.
To get the black lettering, I used a toothpick and some black acrylic paint. The smoke/burn effect was using a paper towel to smear off some of the excess paint.
This design is free to download and print. If you enjoy the file or it saves you some design time, tips are appreciated but never required.
