This is a 3D-printed enclosure designed to convert a Crate G60 combo amp into a standalone head unit. No cab, no woodworking skills required. Just a 3D printer, patience, and a lot of JB Weld
Crates are genuinely underrated. The solid-state headroom on the G60 is hard to argue with, and this conversion lets you run it with external speakers while keeping the whole setup portable. Ideal if you need a backup or secondary rig for a gig.

Design Overview
The enclosure is made up of 6 interlocking pieces that slide together using either pins or dovetail joints:

Left roof, wall, and floor
Left roof, wall, and floor

Print each section flat. The floor piece prints as-is. Once assembled, use a plastic-bonding adhesive (JB Weld or similar) to lock everything in place permanently.

Print Settings
The electronics chassis isn't enormous, but it does generate heat, so material choice matters.

Make sure your printer has a minimum bed size of 250x250mm. Any smaller, parts may not fit. (Don't mind the Anycubic Kobra in the print setting description, I have the Kobra S1 which isn't an option yet)
