This set includes several connectors designed for corrugated conduits with diameters of 40 mm and 25 mm, intended for cable routing or small technical networks.
The pack includes:
A straight connector to join two 40 mm conduits end-to-end
A Y-connector to branch two conduits
An adapter to connect a 40 mm conduit to a 25 mm conduit
The STL files are optimized for 3D printing:
The Y-connector is made of two mirrored halves (use your slicer’s mirror function)
The other two connectors must be printed twice (identical halves)
After printing, assembly is done simply by gluing. It is recommended to use silicone or PVC glue, ensuring the conduit ends are fully inserted into the connectors to provide good mechanical strength and optimal sealing. These parts are designed to be robust, easy to print without complex supports, and adaptable to your needs (scaling is possible depending on your printer tolerances).
3D Printing Settings :
Remember to mirror the Y-shell in your slicer (along the X or Y axis).
Supports are not required but may be useful under the arch of the Y-connector at the junction of the two conduits.
Print in PLA or PETG with a layer height of 0.2 mm.
