Stock Flying Fish motors holding you back? This adapter plate lets you swap in 1407 12x12 motors, opening up props 1 inch larger for real sport performance — more authority, more pull, and unlimited vertical. A great solution if you need to increase payload capacity on the airframe. It becomes a rocket.

Print settings:
100% infill
PLA works for casual flying. For hard flying use heat-resistant material (PETG-CF, ABS, ASA) — these motors generate real heat under load.
Install notes:
Mount your 1407s to the plate first, then install the assembly to the wing. The motor body partially blocks screw access — use an allen key, turn evenly a little at a time, it'll mate up fine. Expect minor scratching from the tight clearance, normal.
Check your existing wing motor mount holes before final install — the 4 motor screws may need a little clearance. A quick pass with a dremel, drill, or reamer is all it takes. Test fit as you go, 2 minutes of work.
