inside of the "tabs" is 90MM - measured from newer Bachman track. LGB / aristo track is SLIGHTLY smaller. W/ Bachman track, they will essentially snap on to the faux wood piece of your track. I would still recommend laying something on top of the trestles to make an assembly of sorts.
LF and RF are the feet that will snap on to the brace so they can stand up. They are toleranced to a prusa printer, if you feel you do not have good tolerance control on your printer i recommend finding another way to secure the brace on / into whatever you are putting the track on.
