This potting tray holds 11x 21700 Li-Ion cells to make an 11S1P battery. It is a modular battery design to be joined in parallel to make various battery packs, for example 11S3P 46.2V 12000mAh packs, or 11S4P to make 16000mAh packs. Or whatever size you need. Fill with Potting Silicone or Neutral Cure 2-Part Silicone.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: In your slicer settings, be sure to make Infill 0% and, 0mm Top. This will create the void in the model where the battery terminals sit. Wall Thickness is 1.2mm (adjust to your liking). Print 2 pieces per battery, a top tray and a bottom tray. Be safe working with Li-Ion batteries!
