Semi-rigid armature for a static, non-folding fursuit wing. Print using the gyroid infill at 8-10% with very thin walls. Use 1/2" upholstery foam for whatever feather shape you want and then glue it down, then use whatever fabric you want to make the exterior. I recommend attaching the wings to the base with strips of elastic to hold it in place before you sew it in.
