Print "Fleur1.stl" at 0'1 or 0'15 layer height.
You can print "Fleur2.stl" and "Fleur3.stl" to 0'20 or 0'25 layer height.
25% infill at least.
Put all parts together with instant Cyanocrylate or Epoxi.
