We didn’t design this model. It’s a community file from its original creator, and now and then a file has a fault that only shows up when we print it, such as walls that are too thin or parts that don’t join properly. If that happens we’ll let you know and try to fix the file, which can add a day or two. If we can’t get a good print from it, we’ll refund you in full.

Good to know before you order

TPU has a £11.50 print-order minimum. ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon and PETG-CF have a £46 minimum; PA-CF has a £69 minimum. Delivery is shown separately in your cart.

About this print

A six-sided die designed to be more balanced than standard dice by removing equal amounts of material from each face. The updated version features sharper edges, which community testing suggests improves fairness compared to the original rounded-edge design. Printing the model in a rotated orientation has also been found to give more consistent results. PLA is adequate for casual use, though resin printing may produce sharper edges and more precise geometry.

This die has the same amount of material missing from each side. It makes this die more balanced than regular dice. In theory. ;-)

Update: some users tested the first version of the die for fairness. Turns out: it wasn't very fair at all. This could be caused by the rounded edges amplifing any imbalance. So, the new die, version 2, has sharper edges.
I've tested the new version and it seems to perform much better. Also, the rotated print gave better results than the regular one did. See the comments for more information on how others and I have been testing the dice.
