About this print
A two-part set consisting of an adjustable GT2 belt tensioner and a printed belt tie, designed as a replacement for standard cable ties on the Tevo Tarantula 3D printer. The tensioner is adjusted via an M3 screw and is intended to be printed at full scale. Higher wall counts and infill are recommended for strength. PETG suits this part well, as it offers slightly more rigidity and fatigue resistance than PLA under repeated mechanical load.

A simple, adjustable belt tensioner + a belt tie to replace the cable tie.
The tensioner requires an M3 screw. The screw hole is tight-fit and should provide more than enough tension to hold the screw. Designed to be printed at 100% scale.
Use higher wall line count (shells) & high infill for maximum strength.
