About this print

A calibration test object used to identify the optimal printing temperature for a given filament. The tower is printed in a single session with the nozzle temperature stepped from 240 down to 190 degrees Celsius in 5mm increments, allowing the user to compare surface quality and layer bonding at each level. PLA is the most common choice for this type of test, as it is the filament most printers begin calibration with.

Heat tower (190-240°C). With or without a bridge test.
Remix due to my need of different temperature markings and a bridge.
