11/26/2020 - Updated SLIDE, LEFT SIDE PLATE and RIGHT SIDE PLATE to V2. An additional ROTOR HAMMER PIN will need to be printed as well. Exploded views have been updated to help with assembly
This is an M1911 semi-automatic rubber band gun. The design is based off of parabellum1262's wooden M1911 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBj7F6A3Aao
The design changes I have made were aimed at making the parts easy to print and assemble, with minimal non-printed hardware.
Most of the components are assembled with printed snap-fit pins. No gluing is required, however you will need 2x #4-20x1" plastic screws to assemble the barrel to the inner frame - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GDYL5PQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've been trying to come up with a fully 3D printed design but haven't been able to produce anything rigid enough yet, so let me know if you have any thoughts.
