About this print
A print-in-place articulated snake, produced as a single piece on the print bed with all linked body segments already connected once the print finishes. The flexible joints allow the model to move and coil freely after removal, making it a popular novelty and fidget item. It is available in straight and coiled configurations and in various lengths. PETG is worth considering for this model, as it offers a little more flexibility in the articulated joints than PLA, which can help them move smoothly with regular handling.

UPDATE: I reduced the model for the regular snake so the file is smaller (and will load faster into your slicer), and reuploaded it as "LONGBOI_v3. I also modified the model so that you can choose to print it coiled instead of straight (LONGBOI_Coiled_v2) as well as a much longer version if you desire an even longer snake (EXTRALONGBOI_Coiled_v3). I also printed all of the models to ensure the joints still work after modification and the reducing didn't affect the look of the final product. Enjoy!
UPDATE 2: A couple people had issues with the head not touching the build plate while slicing at a 0.12 layer height, so I updated all 3 files to fix that. If you have any other problems with the models please let me know!
I really liked the joints on the articulated lizard, and couldn't find a snake with similar joints, so I decided to make my own!
