It’s a community file from its original creator, and now and then a file has a fault that only shows up when we print it, such as walls that are too thin or parts that don’t join properly. If that happens we’ll let you know and try to fix the file, which can add a day or two. If we can’t get a good print from it, we’ll refund you in full.

Good to know before you order

TPU has a £11.50 print-order minimum. ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon and PETG-CF have a £46 minimum; PA-CF has a £69 minimum. Delivery is shown separately in your cart.

About this print

A rocket model based loosely on a V2 form, designed with a single-perimeter wall so it can be printed in spiral vase mode, which eliminates visible seams on the exterior surface. The design scales well and has been printed at a wide range of heights. Transparent or semi-transparent filaments such as T-glase are commonly used, as the thin single-wall construction allows light to pass through the finished print.

This rocket is roughly similar to a V2 design, but with a single perimeter that allows you to use the spiral vase option in Slic3r to eliminate the seams.
