It’s a community file from its original creator, and now and then a file has a fault that only shows up when we print it, such as walls that are too thin or parts that don’t join properly. If that happens we’ll let you know and try to fix the file, which can add a day or two. If we can’t get a good print from it, we’ll refund you in full.

Good to know before you order

TPU has a £11.50 print-order minimum. ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon and PETG-CF have a £46 minimum; PA-CF has a £69 minimum. Delivery is shown separately in your cart.

About this print

A parametric brick designed to be compatible with standard LEGO pieces, with options for different configurations including smooth-topped tiles, sloped bricks and Technic-style holes. It is aimed at hobbyists and makers who want to build or extend brick-based models and structures. Note that fit with genuine LEGO bricks depends on printer calibration and resolution. PLA is a sensible material choice for this kind of functional part, as it is dimensionally stable and straightforward to adjust for close tolerances.

This parametric brick takes the popular work of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5699 (now unavailable) a couple steps further, adding easy Customizer support and support for generating wings, smooth-topped tiles, DUPLO-style bricks, sloped bricks, Technic-style holes, and more.

Depending on the resolution of your printer, you may not be able to print pieces that fit exactly with standard LEGO blocks. If you do print any of these bricks, I'd be interested to know whether they fits together with other bricks, especially if you have an SLS or SLA printer.

These blocks are not strictly identical to LEGO bricks, but they should be compatible in most every way.
