About this print
A parametric fan adapter designed to connect cooling fans of different sizes, covering common fan dimensions from 25 mm up to 120 mm. The adapter includes a manifold section with a configurable tube angle, allowing airflow to be redirected as needed for custom cooling setups. It is commonly used in PC builds, electronics enclosures, and other projects where fans of mismatched sizes need to be connected. PETG suits this application, as it tolerates the mild temperatures found near active cooling fans.

TO GET A CORRECT DESIGN YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT VALUES FOR 'Ls fan1' and 'Ls fan2' FOR EVERY FAN SIZE, THEY ARE DIFFERENT AND ARE NOT STANDARD
If you find difficulty using the customizer just post a comment or send a message with both fan dimensions, the manifold angle and length and I will generate it
This is my first attempt to design from scratch a programmable fan adapter that converts from ANY size to ANY other size with a few parameters. It also includes the ability to bend the airway (in a manifold tube shape) at any angle from 0 to 180 degrees. I posted the first size I need which is a 30mm to 80mm fan adapter with a 45 degree twist for my rostock max tri-head peek cooling. Comments are welcome, also attached the openscad source, please check the instructions tab for more details about how to customize it for you need.
