This is a dual-hose adapter for the Trotec PAC 2100 X portable air conditioner. The second hose draws in fresh air from outside, preventing negative pressure from building up in the room and stopping warm outside air from flowing into other parts of the building.
I've created several versions:
Input_hose_adapter_flat_130_hole_7.5_final.stl (Recommended Version): Same as Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl, but with 7.5 mm screw holes instead of 6.5 mm. With the 6.5 mm holes, I had to re-drill them slightly to properly align the M6 screws. With this version, that shouldn’t be necessary anymore.
Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl: The version I'm currently using. I bought a 150mm hose, but the inner diameter is only 130mm. At least for my hose, this diameter works well—the hose stays securely attached to the fitting even without a clamp.
Input_hose_adapter_flat_150.stl: A flatter, more space-saving version with a 150 mm connection (inner diameter of the hose).
Input_hose_adapter_deep_150.stl: The first version with a 150mm hose connection. This version has a large volume to allow the air to distribute more evenly before it is drawn in, but it also requires more space. Please note that the hose here would need to have an inner diameter of 150 mm; hose specifications usually list the outer diameter, and I actually needed a hose labeled as 150 mm with an inner diameter of 130 mm.
