Two hose adapter for Trotec PAC 2100 X

This is a dual-hose adapter for the Trotec PAC 2100 X portable air conditioner. The second hose draws in fresh air from outside, preventing negative pressure from building up in the room and stopping warm outside air from flowing into other parts of the building.

I've created several versions:
Input_hose_adapter_flat_130_hole_7.5_final.stl (Recommended Version): Same as Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl, but with 7.5 mm screw holes instead of 6.5 mm. With the 6.5 mm holes, I had to re-drill them slightly to properly align the M6 screws. With this version, that shouldn’t be necessary anymore.

Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl: The version I'm currently using. I bought a 150mm hose, but the inner diameter is only 130mm. At least for my hose, this diameter works well—the hose stays securely attached to the fitting even without a clamp.

Input_hose_adapter_flat_150.stl: A flatter, more space-saving version with a 150 mm connection (inner diameter of the hose).

Input_hose_adapter_deep_150.stl: The first version with a 150mm hose connection. This version has a large volume to allow the air to distribute more evenly before it is drawn in, but it also requires more space. Please note that the hose here would need to have an inner diameter of 150 mm; hose specifications usually list the outer diameter, and I actually needed a hose labeled as 150 mm with an inner diameter of 130 mm.

I'm not sure, if it also fits for a PAC 2600 X. I don't have one to test, the specification shows the same width and height, but a different depth and I don't know if the ventialtion grille has the same measurements as the PAC 2100X.

Ventilation_grille_150_170.stl: The hose connections on the window should be positioned so that the incoming airflow does not suck in the outgoing airflow. To achieve this, I have created high-flow ventilation grilles that direct the airflow in one direction. These have not yet been fully tested and currently have a 150 hose connection and external dimensions of 170x170 mm. The goal was not to make them rainproof, but to direct the airflow in different directions when mounted on the side.

Input_hose_adapter_window.stl: I created a hose connector for my wooden panel in the window; it measures 128 mm for the wooden panel and 130 mm on the inside for the hose connection. It includes a large-volume grid to provide stability in case the hose is secured with a clamp, or to prevent pets (cats) from escaping if the hose slips.

To install it, you must remove the back panel using (I think there were 7) screws, and the outgoing hose connector adapter should already be in place during installation so that it sits over the recess provided for it.

All FreeCAD files are included in case any changes need to be made.

Dies ist ein Zweirohradapter für das mobile Klimagerät Trotec PAC 2100 X. Mit dem zweiten Schlauch wird auch die Zuluft von außen angesaugt, so dass kein Unterdruck im Raum mehr entsteht und so keine warme Außenluft mehr woanders ins Gebäude strömt.

Ich habe mehrere Versionen erstellt:
Input_hose_adapter_flat_130_hole_7.5_final.stl (Recommended Version): Wie Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl, aber die Schraubenlöcher 7,5mm statt 6,5mm. Bei den 6,5mm-Löchern musste ich diese minimal nachbohren, um die M6-Schrauben passend ausrichten zu können. Bei dieser Version sollte das nicht mehr nötig sein.

Input_hose_adapter_flat_130.stl: Die von mir aktuell verwendete Variante. Ich habe einen 150mm-Schlauch gekauft, aber der Innendurchmesser beträgt nur 130mm. Zumindest für meinen Schlauch passt es mit diesem Durchmesser, dass der Schlauch auch ohne Schelle dicht auf dem Anschluss hält.

Input_hose_adapter_flat_150.stl: Eine flachere und platzsparendere Version mit dem 150mm Anschluss (Innendurchmesser des Schlauches).

Input_hose_adapter_deep_150.stl: Die erste Version mit 150mm-Schlauchanschluss. Diese hat viel Volumen, damit sich vor der Luftansaugung die Luft besser verteilen kann, allerdings benötigt diese Version auch mehr Platz. Bitte beachtet, dass hier der Schlauch einen Innendurchmesser von 150mm haben müsste, meistens wird bei Schläuchen ein Außendurchmesser angegeben und ich habe für einen als 150mm-Schlauch bezeichneten Schlauch einen Innendurchmesser von 130mm benötigt.

Ventilation_grille_150_170.stl: Die Schlauchanschlüsse am Fenster sollten so platziert werden, dass der eingehende Luftstrom nicht den ausgehenden Luftstrom einsaugt. Hierfür habe ich Lüftungsgitter mit hohen Durchsatz, die den Luftstrom in eine Richtung lenken, erstellt. Diese sind noch nicht final getestet und haben aktuell einen 150er-Schlauchanschluss und 170x170mm Außenabmessungen. Ziel war nicht regendicht zu sein, sondern seitlich montiert den Luftstrom in verschiedene Richtung zu lenken.

Input_hose_adapter_window.stl: Ich habe einen Schlauchanschluss für meine Holzplatte im Fenster erstellt, der für die Holzplatte 128mm und für den Schlauchanschluss innen 130mm hat. Es ist ein großvolumiges Gitter enthalten, um Stabilität zu bekommen, falls der Schlauch mit Schelle verschraubt wird oder bei abrutschendem Schlauch Haustiere (Katzen) dort nicht entwischen zu lassen.

Für die Montage muss die Rückseite mit (ich glaube es waren 7) Schrauben demontiert werden und der ausgehende Schlauchanschlussadapter sollte bei der Montage bereits montiert sein, damit dieser bereits über der dafür vorgesehenen Vertiefung sitzt.

Es sind alle FreeCAD-Dateien enthalten, falls noch etwas geändert werden muss.
