It’s a community file from its original creator, and now and then a file has a fault that only shows up when we print it, such as walls that are too thin or parts that don’t join properly. If that happens we’ll let you know and try to fix the file, which can add a day or two. If we can’t get a good print from it, we’ll refund you in full.

TPU has a £11.50 print-order minimum. ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon and PETG-CF have a £46 minimum; PA-CF has a £69 minimum. Delivery is shown separately in your cart.

About this print

A two-part cosplay helmet modelled on Captain America's iconic design from the Avengers films. The split construction makes it more practical to print on standard-sized beds, and the design accommodates foam padding and a chin strap for wearability. Suitable for costume events, fan displays or film prop collections. PETG works well for wearable helmets as it is tougher than PLA and holds its shape better in warmer conditions such as indoor events.

I sliced into 2 parts for easier printing and fixed stl file. I added foam padding inside and a chin strap. Pictures are of the actual helmet and my Captain America costume at the Avengers Age of Ultron premiere with the rest of my family.

Its current size fits 24" circumference head, measured at the brow line.

Formatting may have been simplified. These are the independent maker's instructions and fitment claims; Hark Tech has not independently verified them.
