About this print
A hollow decorative sculpture inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudi. The form is defined by a network of openings and voids throughout the body, and the design was originally created with resin and stereolithography printing in mind. PLA at a fine layer height can produce an acceptable FFF result, though the complex internal geometry requires careful support placement and slow print speeds.

The Hollow Draudi is designed to be created on resin 3D printers mainly due to their empty geometry. In addition, all orifices, modeled with Rhinoceros and Grasshopper, give it a unique personality and a plus of difficulty that will challenge any 3D printer FFF.
