Distance is no barrier for Liverpool: you get exactly the same service by post as someone down the road from the workshop. Every job is printed in Basingstoke and dispatched tracked across the UK, so Merseyside is only ever a day or two away.
As well as Liverpool itself I regularly print for Birkenhead, Bootle, St Helens, Wallasey and Crosby and the surrounding Merseyside area. Everything ships by Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce, so it makes no difference whether you’re in the centre or out in the villages.
Being on the coast, a lot of Liverpool work is parts that have to survive weather and UV, outdoor mounts, marine fittings, replacement trim. Those go in ASA, our UV- and weatherproof engineering material, rather than standard PLA. Liverpool has plenty of printing options on paper, but most are aggregators that route jobs through shared farms, you never know which machine, operator or country your part came from.
