Refund policy: If you don’t ship within 14 days of receiving your label, the deposit is forfeit (we’ve already paid for it). If we receive your laptop and decide we can’t help — for example because the issue is outside the scope of a clean and tune-up — we refund the £15 in full and return the laptop at our cost.
If we find another fault: We email you with photos and an honest opinion before doing anything chargeable. You decide whether to add it on (at our normal repair rates) or just have the laptop returned after the clean.
Full strip-down, dust extraction, premium thermal paste on the APU, optical drive lens clean (if applicable), software cache clear and controller firmware check. Free UK return shipping is included in that price.
You pay £15 to confirm your booking. We use that to buy a tracked Royal Mail inbound shipping label and email it within 24 hours so you can post your console in for free. Once we’ve finished the work, we send a Stripe invoice for the £30 balance. Once paid, your console ships back via tracked courier.

Yes. The deep clean doesn’t touch your storage. Saves, profiles, downloaded games are all unaffected.
Typical turnaround is 2–3 working days from arrival. Add Royal Mail Tracked 48 transit time both ways and you’re usually looking at a week from booking to console-back-on-the-shelf.
