The clean & service is a thorough refresh: Joy-Cons stripped and cleaned, console body opened and dust-extracted, dock contacts serviced, software tidied. Your Switch comes back behaving like the day you took it out the box.
£35 covers the whole job. Deposit £15 to book, balance £20 once you’ve confirmed it feels new.

Your £15 deposit covers a tracked Royal Mail label we email to you. Return shipping is on us.

Refund policy: If you don’t ship within 14 days of receiving your label, the deposit is forfeit (we’ve already paid for it). If we receive your laptop and decide we can’t help — for example because the issue is outside the scope of a clean and tune-up — we refund the £15 in full and return the laptop at our cost.
If we find another fault: We email you with photos and an honest opinion before doing anything chargeable. You decide whether to add it on (at our normal repair rates) or just have the laptop returned after the clean.
Full clean of the Switch body, both Joy-Cons, dock service if you send it, software tidy, and a written check report. Free UK return shipping is included.
You pay £15 to confirm your booking. We use that to buy a tracked Royal Mail inbound shipping label and email it within 24 hours so you can post your Switch in for free. Once finished, we send a Stripe invoice for the £20 balance. Once paid, your Switch ships back via tracked courier.
If you don’t ship within 14 days of getting your label, the deposit is forfeit (we’ve already paid for the label). If we receive it and can’t help — e.g. liquid damage outside scope — we refund the £15 in full and return at our cost.
Yes. We don’t touch internal storage or your Nintendo Account. Saves, profiles and downloaded games stay intact.

Often, yes — if drift is caused by dust/contamination around the stick contacts. If the stick mechanism itself is worn, drift comes back fast and you need a stick replacement. We tell you which after disassembly. Stick replacement is a separate service (£35), we email before charging.
