Refund policy: If you don’t ship within 14 days of receiving your label, the deposit is forfeit (we’ve already paid for it). If we receive your laptop and decide we can’t help — for example because the issue is outside the scope of a clean and tune-up — we refund the £15 in full and return the laptop at our cost.
If we find another fault: We email you with photos and an honest opinion before doing anything chargeable. You decide whether to add it on (at our normal repair rates) or just have the laptop returned after the clean.

You pay £15 to confirm your booking. We use that to buy a tracked Royal Mail inbound shipping label and email it within 24 hours so you can post your MacBook in for free. Once finished, we send a Stripe invoice for the £50 balance. Once paid, your MacBook ships back via tracked courier.
If you don’t ship within 14 days of getting your label, the deposit is forfeit. If we receive it and can’t help — for example, liquid damage outside scope of a clean — we refund the £15 in full and return at our cost.
Yes. We don’t touch the SSD. macOS, files, apps, settings, browser data are all unaffected. We always recommend a Time Machine backup before posting any MacBook in for repair.

Not as part of the £65 service — we audit it and tell you if it needs replacing. Battery replacement is a separate quote (typically £85–£120 depending on model). If you want it done in the same visit, mention it in the booking notes and we’ll quote when we open it up.
