Not every drifting pad needs a new stick — sometimes a calibration or clean is enough. We’ll tell you honestly which it is.

Your character walks or the camera pans on its own when you’re not touching the stick. It’s caused by the carbon contact pads inside the analog stick wearing down — a known weakness on every DualShock 4 revision (JDM-011 through JDM-055).

12 months on the work. If the same fault recurs and is confirmed to relate to the original repair, we put it right at no further labour charge. You arrange return postage for a warranty claim. If the booked repair cannot be completed, the £15 booking payment covers tracked UK return and there is no further charge.
