A cracked fan duct, a snapped extruder arm, a spool holder that gave way: the replacement is a 3D print, and your printer is the thing that is broken. Find the design in our catalogue or upload the file, and we print it in PETG (or whatever the design calls for) in our Basingstoke workshop and post it anywhere in the UK, tracked.
Search the catalogue by printer model, or paste the Printables or Thingiverse link on the link page. Have the file already? Upload it to the price tool.
Pick the material and colour. The price for one copy appears with the delivery options. Most printer parts are one-part orders from £4.
We print it in Basingstoke, check it by hand and post it tracked. You fit it and your printer is back.
A few of the designs people order when their own machine is down. Each link opens the model page with the price in PLA, PETG and more.
Checked against the live estimator on 18 October 2026, one copy at Standard quality in PLA or PETG: a tiny clip, knob or cover up to 8 g is £4.00 to print, £5.95 delivered by untracked Royal Mail Large Letter or £6.95 tracked. One part on its own up to 40 g is £4.00 to £6.90 (16p per gram on our usual price steps): a 20 g part is £4.00, so £8.65 delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and a 30 g part is £5.18. A second part or a second copy brings the normal £6.90 order minimum back for the whole basket, so two small parts together are typically £9.20, or £13.85 delivered by Tracked 48. Delivery is free by Tracked 48 over £40.
Need the whole set of enclosure brackets or several ducts? The basket moves to the normal £6.90 minimum and batch discounts start at 5 copies.
The one part you cannot print is the one your printer needs. Borrowing a friend's machine, buying a kit of parts from overseas, or waiting for a cheap replacement printer all take longer than a tracked envelope from Basingstoke. Every part is covered by our reprint or refund promise if it is faulty.
If the printed part is an upgrade rather than a repair (a better duct, a quieter shroud, a sturdier spool arm), the same route applies: open the model page, pick the material, order one.
Find the part's design, then let us print it. Search the catalogue for your printer model (Ender 3, Bambu A1, Prusa MK3 and so on) or paste the Printables or Thingiverse link on our link page. The model page shows the price in each material, and we post the part so you can get printing again.
Anything that was printed in the first place: fan ducts and shrouds, filament guides and spool holders, cable chains, belt tensioners, extruder arms and knobs, poop chutes and purge buckets, camera and LED mounts, feet, tool holders, Gridfinity bins, enclosure brackets. Metal parts, hotends, nozzles, boards and belts are not things we make.
PETG for most of them: it handles the warmth inside an enclosure and the constant vibration better than PLA. Parts that sit right against the hotend or heater block need ABS or ASA, which carry a £46 order minimum, so read the designer's notes first; many duct designs keep the plastic clear of the heat on purpose. Feet and dampers suit TPU.

Yes. If you have the STL, 3MF or STEP, upload it to the price tool. A sliced 3MF from OrcaSlicer or Bambu Studio is priced from your own slice.
No. We print the plastic part so you can do the repair. For the electronics side, our mail-in board diagnostics and soldering service covers things like a damaged connector on a mainboard, but we do not service printers as a whole.
