Your voucher code is on its way to the email address you paid with. It usually arrives within a couple of minutes. If you cannot see it, check your spam folder, then get in touch and we will resend it.
From voucher to printed part
- Buy the voucher. The code (it starts with GIFT) and a printable voucher are emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through.
- Pass it on. Forward the email, or print the voucher and put it in a card.
- They get a quote. Upload an STL, STEP or 3MF file on the instant quote page, or pick a model from the model catalogue, and choose the material and colour.
- They enter the code at checkout. On the payment page, click Add promotion code, enter the code, and the voucher comes off the print price.
Real parts, printed to order
Prints start at £6.90 for standard PLA and PETG, and the order minimum is shared across the whole cart, so a voucher can cover several small parts in one parcel. People use Hark Tech for replacement parts nobody sells any more, adapters and brackets, parts from their own CAD designs, and models from the catalogue.
Left it late for Christmas?
Printed orders need time to make and post, but a voucher is emailed instantly, so you can still buy one on Christmas Eve. See the Christmas 2026 last order dates for prints and repairs.
Gift voucher questions
Does the voucher pay for delivery?
The voucher pays for the print. Delivery is added at checkout, and UK tracked delivery is free on orders over £40.
What if the order costs less than the voucher?
Nothing is lost. We email the unused balance to the person who placed the order as a new code, with the same expiry date.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day it was bought. The date is printed on the voucher.
Can it be used for a repair?
Not yet. Vouchers currently work on 3D printing orders placed through the website.
Can I cancel it?
Yes. If the voucher has not been used, reply to your voucher email within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full.
The code has been lost
Get in touch with the email address the voucher was bought with, and we will resend it. Anyone with the code can spend it, so keep it somewhere safe.
Gift voucher terms
- Vouchers can be spent on 3D printing ordered through harktech.co.uk, by entering the code at checkout under "Add promotion code".
- The voucher pays for the print; delivery is charged at checkout. One voucher code per order.
- If an order costs less than the voucher, the unused balance is emailed as a new code with the same expiry date.
- Valid for 12 months from purchase. No cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Unused vouchers can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Vouchers cannot currently be used for repair bookings.
- Anyone with the code can spend it. Keep it safe.
