A single-hose portable air conditioner fights itself: it pushes room air outside and sucks warm air back in through every gap. These printed adapters give AEG Comfort 6000 and Electrolux ChillFlex units a second-hose intake, so the condenser breathes outside air instead of stealing it from the room. We hold the files, print to order and post them tracked across the UK.

A single hose blows your cooled indoor air outside. That air has to be replaced, so warm outdoor air is pulled in through gaps around doors and windows. You are cooling air just to throw it away.
Because warm air keeps leaking back in, the unit runs longer to hold the same temperature. On the hottest days, when you need it most, a single-hose unit can struggle to keep up.
A second hose feeds the condenser with outdoor air instead of room air, so the room stays sealed and cools faster. It is the same principle used by higher-end portable units that ship dual-hose from the factory.

Print for me →AEG/Electrolux’s genuine-parts catalogue lists the same rear panel (part 4055413514) and related lower-grille parts across several AXP and EXP variants. That is strong evidence of shared case geometry, but it does not prove every clip and screw position without a physical comparison.

These designs are large, so the designers publish them both as one big piece and as smaller split parts. The one-piece Full or Whole files are bigger than any normal print bed, including ours, and the quote tool will tell you a part is too large if you pick them.

The complete AEG Comfort 6000 AXP26U339CW keyed adapter is £48 delivered. That includes both printed sections in white PETG, dry-fitting, workshop bonding, curing and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. PETG provides better heat resistance than standard PLA for a part used around a portable air conditioner. Assembly and curing add one working day, so dispatch is normally within 3 to 4 working days.
A single-hose portable air conditioner pulls air from inside the room to cool its condenser, then blows that air outside. That creates negative pressure indoors, so warm unconditioned air gets sucked back in through gaps around doors and windows. A dual-hose setup gives the condenser its own outdoor air supply, so it does not depressurise the room. The result is faster, more efficient cooling, especially on hot days.
AXP26U339CW takes the two-part Comfort 6000 adapter, while AXP26U338CW takes the 150 mm ChillFlex Pro remix. Electrolux EXP26U338CW and EXP26U339CW are the closest shared-rear-panel candidates, with more related variants listed above. Those models may fit but need the full rating-label code and a straight-on rear photo. EXP34 models should be checked against the separate AXP34 kit.
The original Full or Whole files are bigger than a normal print bed. Our AXP26U339CW keyed edition is sold only as the complete set: Hark Tech prints both sections, bonds them and sends one assembled adapter. For other ChillFlex designs, select every named split section instead of the oversized whole file.
You supply one standard portable-AC exhaust hose for the new intake, which is a cheap and widely available part. Everything printed is included in the parts listed. If you are unsure which hose fits, message us before ordering and we will point you to the right one.
You do not need to upload anything because we hold the print-ready files. The AXP26U339CW keyed edition is one complete white PETG product at £48 delivered: both sections, workshop bonding and Tracked 48 postage are included.
